Placing an Order

By placing an order with us you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. If you have any questions then please contact us before placing your order at enquiries@nalancollection.co.uk.

Availability

Unfortunately on occasion some items will sell out more quickly than we anticipated. Our website shows when we are out of stock and will not allow you to select an out of stock item.

Product Information

Every effort has been made to ensure that the product details on this website are correct; however there may be variations in colour due to different computer screen settings.

Pricing and payment

All pricing is in UK sterling and inclusive of any applicable UK sales tax. Pricing is subject to change. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Security

All credit and debit card transactions from this site are processed using 128 bit encryption. Before being asked for your payment details you will be transferred to a secure server. Your browser will show a small yellow padlock and the web address will begin with https:// instead of http:// which is the indictor for a secure internet environment.

Order confirmation

We will send you an email acknowledgement of your order, this also confirms that we have entered a contract with yourself; you may wish to print this out for future reference.

 

Delivery

Timing and costs

We endeavour to dispatch orders by the next working day but during busy periods it may take a little longer. We use Royal Mail first class for UK orders and Airmail for European and Worldwide orders.

Cancellation / Returns

If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, then as per the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to cancel the order within 7 working days, after the day on which you received your goods. You need to inform us in writing, you can do this on-line by completing the cancellation/returns form within this period. By ideally printing out a copy of the on-line cancellation/returns form, or by covering letter, please include your name, order number and reason for return with your returning items. Please return the goods in saleable condition (unworn and with the labels attached) in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Please return the goods securely packaged to the address on the cancellation/returns form.

We cannot accept liability for returns until the parcel reaches us, so we strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery to protect yourself. We do not normally refund the cost of return postage unless the item returned is faulty.

When the goods are returned in a resaleable condition the cost of the goods and the original P&P will be refunded. If however you accept part of the order, we will not refund your P&P. Please be aware that the cost of gift packaging will not be refunded. Refunds will only be credited to the original card that the items were bought with. Refunds will be credited within 30 days at the latest.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
